The American Institute of Dental Public Health (AIDPH) and the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board (SPTHB) are requesting your participation in a brief survey to assess oral health characteristics among Indigenous U.S. veterans. Through our trusted partnership and community-engaged approach, information obtained from this survey will be used to develop strategies to improve access to oral health care for Indigenous U.S. veterans. Results from this survey will be applied for direct benefit within the Indigenous community.
